Jose Cabal-Ugaz

Jose Cabal-Ugaz has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Jose began their career at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an Associate Programmer and Tour Guide. In 2012, they joined AppNexus as a Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead - Mobile Engineering, Software Engineer II, Software Engineer, and Product Specialist. In 2017, they moved to United Technologies as an Acting Product Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. In 2020, they worked at Kargo as a Product Manager and Ugaz Consulting as a Principal. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at ArcSpan.

Jose Cabal-Ugaz graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School with a High School Diploma in 2007. Jose then attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Music and Computer Science in 2012.
