Tom has led broad operational improvement initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies for the past 20 years. As a Partner and Managing Director of EHS Partners, he has worked in a broad range of industries ranging from consumer-packaged goods to utilities to financial services, and more, helping generate billions in operating improvements. His extensive work in sales and marketing, business leadership and consulting and his hands-on approach help his clients achieve significant performance improvement and earnings and growth.
