Wayne Ma is an experienced auditing and corporate risk assurance professional currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Arctera.io since December 2024. Prior to this role, Wayne held various positions at Veritas Technologies LLC from October 2015 to December 2024, culminating in the role of Director of Corporate Risk Assurance & Internal Audit. Wayne’s career also includes significant experience at Symantec from August 2010 to October 2015, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager to Principal Internal Auditor. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at KPMG Silicon Valley from 2004 to March 2009. Wayne Ma earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San José State University between 1997 and 2004.
