Amelia Ryan currently serves as the Vice President of Women’s Merchandising at Arc'teryx Equipment, a role held since December 2023. Prior to this position, Amelia held the title of Director of Merchandising for the Asia-Pacific region at Columbia Sportswear Company from January 2020 to December 2023. Amelia's experience also includes serving as Director of Merchandising at Victoria's Secret from February 2017 to March 2019 and as Senior Product Manager at Nike between March 2008 and January 2016. Earlier in the career, Amelia worked in merchandising roles at Hanna Andersson and Lane Bryant. Amelia Ryan is an alumnus of Miami University.
