Chief Financial Officer at Arc'teryx

Chris Tham's work experience begins in 1998 when they worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP until 2002. From 2002 to 2009, they held various roles at Intrawest, a development and management company for experiential destination resorts. This included being a Manager, Director, and later Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Following their time at Intrawest, Tham joined lululemon in 2009 and served in several roles, such as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Vice President of Finance, and finally Senior Vice President, International CFO. Chris was responsible for leading the financial operations of the company's international business in Asia Pacific and EMEA. At lululemon, Tham played a crucial role in the company's growth from $350M to $2.3BN in revenue and the expansion of their retail footprint from 100 to 400 stores.

Tham then moved on to Bailey Nelson in 2017 as their Chief Financial Officer. During their four-year tenure, they established the finance and infrastructure required to scale the company globally, raised capital for retail expansion, and developed their team amid increased complexity.

In 2022, Tham joined BlueShore Financial as a Board Member. Chris serves on the Audit Committee and Investment & Loan Committee, contributing to the strategic decisions of the financial institution.

Most recently, in 2022, Tham became the Chief Financial Officer at Arc'teryx Equipment.

Chris Tham attended the UBC Sauder School of Business from 1994 to 1998, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting. Following this, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued further education at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). However, the degree name and field of study for this program are not specified.
