Kassandra Scheider

Kassandra Scheider began their work experience in 2011 as a French Conversation Tutor at the University of San Francisco, where they facilitated language learning activities for groups of students and prepared lessons. In 2012, they worked as a Social Media and Marketing Intern at Académie des Arts de Vivre. Kassandra then interned as a Social Media and Communications Intern at the Global Philanthropy Forum in 2013. In the same year, they became an Administrative Assistant for the Executive MBA Program at the University of San Francisco. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce Inc. Kassandra then joined Backcountry.com in 2016 as a Sr. Recruiter, where they managed open job requisitions, led the full-cycle recruiting process, and established an MBA Internship & Recruiting Program. In 2019, they joined Arc'teryx Equipment as a Recruiter, and later became the Talent Acquisition Manager in 2022. In their role, they recruited for various positions, led the full-cycle recruiting process, and built a customer service team from scratch.

Kassandra Scheider started their education in 2010 at the University of San Francisco, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time there, they focused on International Studies with an Advanced Certificate in French and a Minor in European Studies. Kassandra successfully completed their studies in 2013. Additionally, in 2012, they participated in the Paris Internship Program at Boston University.
