Lawrence Tsang is an experienced human resources professional specializing in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Manager of Compensation - Retail at Arc'teryx Equipment since February 2024, Tsang previously held the position of Manager, Compensation & Benefits at Aritzia for over two years.
