Marc Daniel

Marc Daniel is an experienced professional in the field of people operations and organizational psychology, currently serving as Vice President of Global People Operations at Arc'teryx Equipment since November 2021. Prior roles at Arc'teryx include Vice President of Total Rewards, People Analytics and People Operations, Senior Director, and Director of Total Rewards and People Analytics. As the Founder of Nextwork from 2019 to 2021, Marc aimed to create a more inclusive work environment through a digital platform connecting companies with experienced talent. Previous experience includes various roles at Korn Ferry, McLagan Data & Analytics, and the British Army, as well as an analyst position at the University of Oxford. Marc holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Bath, and chartership from the British Psychological Society.
