Millie (Madeleine) Porter is an impact-driven professional committed to advancing the circular economy and driving behavior change. With experience spanning start-ups, NGOs, local government, and the private sector, they have worked as a Resource Recovery Advisor for Porirua City Council and a Waste Minimisation Officer for Upper Hutt City Council, among other roles. Millie currently serves as a Senior Circularity Specialist at Arc'teryx Equipment, where they continue to mobilize teams towards shared sustainability goals. Millie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Victoria University of Wellington. Recently relocated to Vancouver, they are looking for opportunities to further their mission of creating positive sustainable impact on a larger scale.
