Ming Kao

Director Product Development - Inline: Men’s and Women’s Apparel, Hardgoods at Arc'teryx

Ming Kao has a diverse work experience in the apparel and snowboarding industry. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Designer/Developer at Option Snowboards until 2005. From 2005 to 2016, Ming held various positions at Nitro Snowboards and L1 Premium Goods, including Senior Designer and Softgoods Director of Product, where they successfully managed multiple brands and designed technical outerwear. In 2016, Ming became a Freelance Consultant at MK Designs, providing consulting services for project management and advising start-ups to major brands on various aspects of the production process.
