Nick Bacon, CFI, LPC, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Retail Asset Protection at Arc'teryx Equipment since January 2023. Previously, Nick held the position of Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager at VF Corporation from November 2011 to August 2022. Prior to that, Nick worked as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager at LP Innovations between May 2005 and November 2011, and as a Senior Loss Prevention Manager at JC Penney from January 2003 to May 2005. Nick began a career in loss prevention as a Loss Prevention Officer at TJ Maxx from October 1996 to March 1998, and earlier served in the US Army as a Corporal from August 1999 to August 2002.
