Robert Thomas is an experienced executive with a strong background in product management and merchandising within the outdoor and apparel industries. Currently serving as the VP of Global Product Management for Men's & Pro Apparel at Arc'teryx Equipment, Robert leads teams focused on apparel circularity and product lines. Prior roles at Arc'teryx include VP Merchandising for Men’s and Senior Commercial Director for the United States, where Robert successfully developed multi-channel commercial strategies. Previously, at Smartwool, Robert achieved significant market growth as Senior Product Line Manager. Their career began at W.L. Gore & Associates, where Robert held various roles, including Field Sales and Marketing Associate and Project Manager, and includes experience as a Design Engineer at the Lighting Research Center. Robert holds dual B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Science and Technology Studies from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
