Taylor Smith

Taylor Smith has extensive experience in retail training and management, currently serving as the Global Retail Training Integration Manager at Arc'teryx Equipment since May 2019, where previous roles included Manager of Retail Training Programs and Program Manager of Retail Programs. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Store Business Lead at lululemon’s flagship Vancouver location and various positions including Assistant Store Manager and Retail Trainer. Taylor is also a former NCAA Division 1 athlete, contributing to four MACC Lacrosse Championships while attending Canisius College. Academic achievements include a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School, and two Master's degrees in Counselor Education from Niagara University Graduate School and Lindenwood University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Canisius University.
