Vic Rees

Vic Rees is an experienced project manager specializing in retail operations, currently serving at Arc'teryx Equipment since December 2025. Previously, Vic held multiple roles at Dr. Martens plc from May 2017 to December 2025, including Global Product Owner for Retail Operations and EMEA Retail Operations, Process and Compliance Lead. Earlier experience includes positions at Ted Baker from April 2011 to May 2017, where Vic supported operations in Central London and managed the stockroom at Selfridges. Vic began the professional journey as a University Ambassador at Bath Spa University, where a Bachelor's degree in Textiles for Fashion and Interiors was earned between 2007 and 2010, following earlier education at Tewkesbury Comprehensive from 2000 to 2007.
