Arctic Engines is the human data operations engine for frontier AI.

We build and operate the data pipelines that voice AI and physical AI labs need to train and evaluate state of the art models, at a scale and quality bar most data vendors can't reach.

Voice AI
STT/ASR, TTS, voice cloning, RLHF, and speech evaluation across Indian and Indic languages, covering dialects and acoustic conditions that are structurally hard to source elsewhere.

Physical AI
Egocentric, factory floor video collection and annotation for embodied AI and robotics, built for real world deployment environments, not lab simulations.

Why Arctic Engines
What sets us apart is structural, not operational. We're backed by Apna Group's network of 60M+ verified workers across India, giving us direct access to contributors at a scale, language diversity, and domain coverage that's difficult to replicate. Combined with rigorous QC pipelines and a model training company first approach, we deliver data infrastructure built for teams pushing the frontier.

Backed by Lightspeed, Tiger Global, Insight Partners, and Peak XV.

We work directly with model training labs, not as a data intermediary, but as an extension of your data team.
