Caroline Gotay

Caroline Gotay, MBA, is a Human Resources Specialist currently contracted with Arcticom LLC since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing disciplinary actions and evaluating investigative reports. With extensive experience in the North Carolina Army National Guard since 2008, Caroline has held various roles, including Human Resources Officer and Human Resources NCO, focusing on personnel support, quality control of transactions, and strategic HR solutions. Caroline possesses a Master of Business Administration from the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington, complementing a Bachelor of Arts and an Associate of Arts from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Campbell University, respectively.
