Vedat Ö.

Vedat Ö. has a long and varied work experience. Vedat began their career in 1999 as General Manager at Global Telekom A.S., where they were responsible for determining goal targets and engaging in organizational politics. During their tenure, they broke numerous records of Turkish Telecom's cash out of the last 10 years. In 2002, they became CEO of Supernet Limited, where they opened up several startup companies under the investment of Supernet Holding. In 2004, they co-founded and became CEO of Nes Travel Holdings, providing a wide range of services across various fields of tourism and its technologies. In 2006, they founded and became CEO of IPIM Digital Marketing Agency, creating total solutions for digital marketing and strategies. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Visiting Lecturer at JAMK University of Applied Sciences. In 2020, they became CEO and Managing Partner of ArcticStartup. In 2021, they became CEO of ArcticStartup Events, creator of the famous Arctic15 and other events. Finally, in 2022, they became CEO of CoFounder Magazine.

Vedat Ö. attended Girne American University from 1996 to 1998, studying Industrial Engineering. Vedat then moved on to Anadolu University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business/Managerial Economics between 1999 and 2004. Vedat then attended Sabanci University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology in Management - MIS between 2005 and 2006. Vedat also holds certifications in Digital Information Security from Sabanci University and Forming and Administating Sport Federations - IFF from IFF. Lastly, they attended JAMK University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Entrepreneurship and Business Competence between 2017 and 2021.
