Paul Custance

Paul Custance has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paul is currently working as the Financial Director at Arctoris since January 2021. Prior to this, they founded Lirica in April 2017, which received recognition as the Apple "App of the Day" worldwide and Google Play "Best apps of 2018". Before that, Paul worked at Sony Music Entertainment, first as an International Finance Manager from July 2012 to June 2014, and then as the International Finance Director from July 2014 to April 2017. Paul started their career at Gazprom Marketing & Trading Ltd as a Business Analyst from September 2010 to July 2012. Earlier in their career, Paul worked at PwC as a Senior Associate from September 2007 to September 2010.

Paul Custance received their Bachelor's degree in Management Science from the University of Warwick, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Later, they pursued further education at ICAEW, earning their ACA - Chartered Accountant qualification between 2007 and 2009. In 2016 and 2017, Paul attended General Assembly, focusing on Product Management and Digital Marketing.
