Barry Griffiths

Barry Griffiths is a Senior Advisor at Arctos Partners, where they apply over 25 years of expertise in quantitative methods to private markets through research, data science, and risk management initiatives. They are a member of the Research Advisory Council of the Private Equity Research Consortium and have held significant roles such as Partner and Head of the Quantitative Research Group at Ares Management and Landmark Partners. Their career began as Vice President and Head of Quantitative Research at Goldman Sachs Private Equity Group, and they also served as Chief Scientist at Business Matters. Barry holds a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University and is a CFA® charterholder, specializing in private equity, quantitative analysis, and performance analysis.
