Thad Sheely is an experienced executive currently serving as the Stadium Advisor for the Washington Commanders and the Operating Partner at Arctos. Previously, Thad was the CEO of Harmonia Development from 2022 to 2025 and served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Real Estate for the Atlanta Hawks from 2015 to 2022. Thad also held significant roles at Related Companies as SVP of Hudson Yards Development and at the New York Jets as EVP of Business Operations and Stadium Development. Thad's career began with the Miami HEAT as Vice President of Arena Development from 1998 to 2001. Thad is currently pursuing an MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds a BA in Urban Studies from Columbia College, Columbia University.
