Michael Denis

Michael Denis serves as Vice President at Arcturus, a real estate investment management and advisory company, since April 2011. In this role, Michael is engaged in various activities related to acquiring, repositioning, restructuring, leasing, and selling real estate across diverse property types and risk profiles throughout the United States. Prior to Arcturus, Michael worked at Urban Investment Partners from March 2008 to April 2011, handling acquisitions and asset management, where responsibilities included acquiring, repositioning, developing, and selling multi-family, mixed-use, and condominium conversion projects. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
