As CFO, Steve is charged with leading the financial, legal, and risk direction of the company, ensuring the strategic infrastructure, system, and processes are in place to facilitate growth as well as manage the compliance and reporting requirements of the organization.

Steve has over 20 years of experience leading small, to mid-sized companies through their growth cycle from early revenue through profitability and beyond. His experience in technology SaaS companies includes both private and public companies coupled with numerous ownership structures. Helping business leaders address operational challenges through the strategic process, financial planning & analysis, and risk mitigation is a passion. Steve has completed multiple buys and sell-side M&A transactions throughout his tenure at numerous companies. Additionally, Steve holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
