Arpender has a proven track record of successfully setting up and maintaining projects, implementing QA practices, and delivering major web applications using Agile Test Approach. Arpender has extensive experience in handling billing, finance, and business projects with on-shore and offshore team modal. Arpender is skilled in preparing detailed test plans, writing test cases, and conducting defect testing and retesting in minor and major releases. Arpender has also mentored and coordinated testing for multiple project phases while using test metrics for projects and sustaining them.
