Mike Morley

Mike Morley has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Mike has held various positions in different companies, including Arcurve Inc., Menome Technologies Inc., Matrix Solutions Inc., Golder Associates, Pandell Technology Corporation, Kuhn and Associates, and Mining Consultant Amine Mine Modeling System.

At Arcurve Inc., Mike currently holds the role of Director AI/ML Technology, where they focus on bringing clients' AI and data analytics goals to life.

As President and Co-Founder of Menome Technologies Inc., Mike was responsible for creating the Menome Insight Platform, which liberates data from silos and files to provide unified business insights.

During their tenure at Matrix Solutions Inc., Mike served as the Director of Knowledge and Technology and later worked as an enterprise architect. Mike played a crucial role in the research and development of a next-generation analytics and insight platform, as well as leading the IT department's transformation.

At Golder Associates, Mike served as an Application Development Specialist, where they conceptualized and delivered a borehole logging application for a mountain villages project.

As a Product Manager and Senior Application Developer at Pandell Technology Corporation, Mike played a vital role in landing key clients and developing the Pandell Content Management/Portal product.

In their role as an Animator/Web Developer at Kuhn and Associates, Mike created animations to showcase competitive advantages for various products.

During their early career, Mike worked as a Mining Consultant for the Amine Mine Modeling System, where they developed and implemented elements of the mine modeling system.

Lastly, during high school, Mike worked at Compu-Train as a Product Manager/Developer, where they developed a Bulletin Board System.

Throughout their career, Mike Morley has demonstrated a strong focus on data analytics, technology development, and providing strategic insights for organizations.

Mike Morley attended the University of Waterloo from 1987 to 1994, where they obtained a BASc degree in Geological Engineering. Mike then pursued executive programs at the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Driving Strategic Value From IT. Furthermore, Mike Morley has obtained several certifications, including Certified Neo4j Professional and Neo4j Certified Professional from Neo4j in November 2018. In addition, they obtained the Incident Command System 100 (ICS I - 100) certification from eCompliance.com in June 2015.
