Kelsey Andersen

Kelsey Andersen is an experienced professional in grantmaking and program administration, currently serving as the Interim Deputy Director of Grantmaking Effectiveness at the Arcus Foundation since September 2022. Kelsey has held various positions, including Assistant Vice President and Grants Associate at Citi, and Grants Management roles at Bloomberg Philanthropies. Kelsey’s early career included roles at the Institute of International Education and ANN INC., along with internships at several organizations, including the NGO Committee on the Status of Women and the African Presidential Center. Kelsey holds a Master’s Degree in Gender, Development and Globalisation from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Boston University.
