Michael Tapper serves as the Managing Director and Country Leader for Arcwide in North America since July 2024, previously leading Enterprise Consulting, Inc. as President and CEO from February 2010 until November 2024, a firm specializing in ERP consulting and IFS applications. Tapper has extensive experience in ERP consulting, having held senior positions at PSC Group, LLC and New Resources Corporation, where key client projects and relationships were developed with notable companies such as Cargill and Best Buy. Additional leadership roles include presidency at APICS Twin Cities Chapter and technical analyst positions early in their career. Tapper obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Roosevelt University and an Associate’s degree in Computer Programming from the College of Lake County.
