Sandra Le Blanc

Sandra Le Blanc is an experienced media professional with a robust background in children's programming and production. Currently serving as a Redakteurin at Norddeutscher Rundfunk NDR since April 1998, Sandra holds a dual role as Deputy Department Head of Children & Youth Entertainment and is responsible for commissioning fictional programs across ARD channels, including KiKA. Previously, Sandra worked as a Junior Producer at Studio Hamburg Produktion Gruppe GmbH from October 1994 to March 1998, where contributions included the German version of "Sesame Street" and various production formats. Additionally, Sandra volunteered as a Docent and Coordinator of Docent Training at the Asian Civilizations Museum and Peranakan Museum in Singapore from March 2007 to June 2010. Sandra's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Mass Communications from California State University-Northridge and a Magister Artium in Publizistik, Amerikanistik, and Germanistik from Freie Universität Berlin.
