Richard Roberts

Richard Roberts has ten years of work experience. Richard began their career in 1998 as a System Admin at Teligent. In 2004, they became a General Partner at RTM Investment Group L.P, where they launched a new restaurant from concept to completion, generating $1.2 million in annual revenues. In 2007, they joined Unisys as a Functional Manager, where they improved SLA delivery from 50% to 95% and reduced overall costs. In 2012, they became a Site Manager at DISYS and a Help Desk Manager at MPR Associates, Inc., where they increased customer satisfaction by implementing the ITIL Service Desk components and increased first call closure and response time to incidents reported. In 2014, they became a Network Operations Center Manager at RagingWire Data Centers. In 2017, they joined SolarWinds as a Federal Sales Engineer, where they qualified inbound and outbound leads and understood customer requirements. Richard currently serves as a Sales Director at Ardalyst, where they lead teams to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual team targets by generating sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities and driving to close.

Richard Roberts obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminal Justice/Criminology from the University of Maryland in 1996. In 2018, they earned a certification in NPM from SolarWinds.
