With a degree in Music ( Voice ) from Bennett College, Ashley Hoefer has a strong background in the industry. Starting as the owner of Moore Hoefer Partnership, Hoefer worked their way up to become a Partner/ Principal at The Lighting Source before transitioning to their current role as Specification Sales at Ardd + Winter.
