Audrey Colt, JD MBA, currently serves as the Director, Corporate Counsel at Ardelyx, Inc. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Audrey was the Senior Legal Counsel, Director at Sail Biomedicines, where responsibilities included managing contract operations and building the contracts department. Audrey has also held positions as Associate Director, Contracts Counsel at Ipsen, where support was provided during the company's transition to commercial BioPharma, and as Senior Manager, Contracts Counsel and Manager, Contracts at Epizyme, Inc.
