Evyn Rabinowitz

Evyn Rabinowitz has a diverse work experience. In 2023, they joined Ardelyx, Inc. as a Senior Director, Corporate Securities and Governance Counsel. In this role, their responsibilities include preparing Exchange Act filings, providing securities law advice and compliance guidance, and supervising capital markets activities.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2023, Evyn worked at Goodwin as an Associate.

From 2014 to 2016, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Emory University, working for Professor Timothy Terrell and Professor George Shepherd.

In 2015, Evyn served as a Legal Extern at the State of Georgia Office of the Attorney General and also worked as a Summer Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP.

In 2014, they were a Law Clerk at Frank G. Goldman, PC.

Additionally, in the past, they held roles in the Brandeis University Student Union as a Senator-at-Large and Senator of Off-Campus Living.

Evyn Rabinowitz completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics at Brandeis University from 2009 to 2012. Evyn later pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Emory University School of Law from 2013 to 2016.
