Robert Alt

Robert Alt is a seasoned professional in commercial analytics and operations, currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Ardelyx, Inc. since September 2025. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Strategic Insights/Analytics and Field Effectiveness at Sage Therapeutics and various leadership positions at AstraZeneca, where Alt led the Insights & Analytics Center of Excellence. With experience on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees at the Marketing Science Institute, Alt has actively contributed to the advancement of marketing science. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President of Business Intelligence at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Alt holds a double degree in Marketing and Decision Sciences from Miami University and an MBA in Finance from Xavier University.
