Steve Briggs

Steve Briggs has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on quality assurance and management. Steve currently holds the position of Vice President of Quality Assurance at Ardelyx, Inc. starting from June 2022. Prior to that, Steve worked as an Independent Consultant starting from June 2020.

Before becoming an independent consultant, Steve held various roles in different pharmaceutical companies. From May 2019 to August 2021, they served as the Executive Director of Quality at Adamis Pharmaceuticals, where they were responsible for overseeing the quality management system and ensuring compliance across GxP environments.

From 2016 to 2018, Steve worked as the Senior Director of Quality at Aquinox Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Technical Operations/Quality at Versartis, Inc. from 2009 to 2016.

Steve also has experience in quality management roles at BaroFold, Inc. (2007-2009), Novacea, Inc. (2003-2007), Targesome, Inc. (2002-2003), and Genentech, Inc. (1997-2002). Steve started their career at Bausch & Lomb SOD as a Manager of Quality/Service from 1992 to 1997.
