Kenneth Caiazza

Kenneth Caiazza is the Founder and Chairman of Ardent Learning since October 1992, bringing extensive experience in organizational leadership and development. Previously, Kenneth served as the Director of Operations at Interpersonal Development from July 1986 to September 1991 and held the position of Director of Employee Assistance at the United States Department of Energy, Bonneville Power Administration from June 1983 to June 1986. Kenneth holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College, obtained between 1980 and 1982, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Utica University, earned from 1972 to 1975.
