Arvind K. has over 15 years of experience in the field of operations management. In 2005, they began their career as a Team Leader at Solix Technologies, Inc. where they lead, managed, coached, and developed a team of recruiters. In 2008, they moved to ERP Analysts Inc. where they were a Senior Manager and was responsible for leading and developing a dynamic team. In 2013, they joined Makro Technologies Inc. as a Senior Manager and managed and motivated a team of on-site recruiters and support centre recruitment team. In 2016, they joined Decipher Software Solutions as a Senior Operations Manager and was responsible for ensuring compliance and the overall productivity of sales, business development, and recruitment teams. Finally, in 2020 they joined Ardent Technologies Inc. as a Senior Operations Manager and was responsible for operating key business operations activities and continuous improvement of Ardent Technologies staff augmentation processes.
