Toby Smith

Toby Smith, CAMS, is a seasoned compliance analyst currently employed at Ardian since March 2024. Prior to this role, Toby held positions at Kroll from March 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included associate management and leadership as lead associate. Previous experience includes working as a senior analyst and analyst at S-RM from February 2020 to March 2022, and an internship at the International Institute for Strategic Studies in late 2019, focusing on research related to armed conflicts and security dynamics in Sudan and the Horn of Africa. Toby Smith earned an MSc in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Oxford and a BA in Hebrew and Israeli Studies from SOAS University of London, complemented by a year abroad at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
