Olga Krawczyk

Olga Krawczyk is a skilled bioinformatician and R/Shiny developer currently working at Ardigen since July 2021, where responsibilities include tool maintenance, data analysis for RNA-Seq and spatial transcriptomics, and programming in R and Python. Prior experience includes a position as a software developer at the Nalecz Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering, focusing on bioinformatics methods and data mining for treatment outcome analysis, and an internship at the Maria Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology, where Olga handled Next Generation sequencing data and performed RNA-Seq differential expression analysis. Olga also has background in administrative support from Michael Page and holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Computer Science in Medicine as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering, both from Warsaw University of Technology.
