Gary Pender

Gary Pender has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Gary has held various senior project manager and construction manager positions in different companies, including Ardmac, Carillion Saudi Arabia LLC, Carillion Alawi L.L.C., and ALEC. Gary'sprojects have involved the construction and fitout of hospitals, hotels, airports, palaces, and high-end interior fitouts. Gary has worked on projects in various locations, including Ireland, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Belgium, and Qatar. Gary has managed projects with budgets ranging from €20 million to €2 billion and has expertise in managing budgets, programs, and safe execution on site.

Gary Pender's education history includes various programs and degrees in the field of construction management and engineering. In 1992, they attended the Institute of Technology, Carlow, where they obtained a Certificate in Construction Studies and Building Technology. Gary then pursued a Diploma in Construction Studies in Buildings and Services Management at the same institute from 1995 to 1996. From 1996 to 1998, Gary attended the South East Technological University, where they earned a BSc Hons Degree in Construction Management and Engineering. Recently, in 2019, they participated in the Ardmac Building Better Leadership Program (BBLP) at Trinity Business School.
