Michael Quinn is a principal consultant at Catalyst 360 Solutions, where they leverage extensive senior management experience, including roles as Managing Director and Chief Technical Officer, to empower organizations in the engineering and construction sectors. With a history of enhancing commercial success through innovation and high-performance team culture, Michael has previously founded and directed a successful design and management consultancy for seven years. They have also served as an associate lecturer at the Institute of Technology Carlow and held various engineering and management positions across multiple firms. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence at the University of Galway, Michael is committed to developing internal capabilities and fostering resilient organizations through dedicated coaching and mentorship.
