Joy Dempsey

Joy Dempsey is an experienced business development professional with a robust background in sales and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Joy currently serves as the Global Director of Business Development at Ardoq, following a tenure at Dataminr where roles included Director of Global Sales Development and Senior Manager of Sales Development. Previous positions included EMEA Sales Development Manager and EMEA Team Lead at Bloomreach, as well as earlier roles at Senate Media Ltd and West Midlands Police. Joy Dempsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford, earned from 2014 to 2017, and attended Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls from 2007 to 2014.
