Charles Smith

Charles Smith is a seasoned environmental project manager with extensive experience across various sectors, including natural resources, transportation, and public works. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Project Manager at Ardurra since March 2025, Charles supports project delivery and leads environmental impact assessments in compliance with regulations such as NEPA and CEQA. Previously, Charles held significant leadership roles at GHD as a Business Group Leader and at Environmental Science Associates as a Senior Environmental Planner and Office Leader. With a solid foundation from ICF and URS Corporation, where managerial skills were honed, Charles began a career in the United States Army as an Administrative Officer. Educational credentials include a Master of Planning from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, along with ongoing studies for a Graduate Certificate at the University of Miami.
