Brian Etters

Brian Etters currently serves as Appeals Manager at ARDX since May 2022 and has been a Licensed Realtor and Solutions Specialist at Real Brokers US since October 2015. Previously, Brian held the position of Senior Field Manager at First Rate Field Services, LLC, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing teams, developing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Brian also has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Virginia College and served in staff development roles at East Tennessee Children's Hospital. Education includes a Master’s of Science in Instructional Design and Technology and a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, both from Walden University, along with an Associate's degree from Pellissippi State Community College.
