Mycla Smith

Mycla Smith began their career in 2008 working as a Teacher for Strawberry Garden Preschool during summer breaks. This role consisted of teaching lessons, supervising students, and establishing relationships with parents. In 2013, Mycla Smith joined ARDX as an Associate, and was later promoted to Senior Associate and then Manager.

Mycla Smith attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General. Mass Communication/Journalism, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. They are currently attending Liberty University, where they are pursuing a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General.
