Welcome to Area 83, where adventure and nature converge just 18 km from Bangalore. It's one of the most premium adventure resorts in Bangalore, featuring Bangalore's highest Sky Swing, highest Rocket Ejector, and the longest dirt track in Bangalore.

Our Story:

Our Founder Shariq Sheriff saw a gap in Bangalore's weekend scene, which was dominated by bars, malls, and restaurants.

He envisioned a space where people could escape the concrete jungle, challenge themselves with thrilling activities, and reconnect with nature.

In 2017, that vision became Area 83.

Located near Bannerghatta National Park, our resort is a lush, green oasis built around a stunning natural lake.

We offer:

Thrilling Adventure Activities: From the Giant swing to the Rocket ejector, there's something for every adventurer.

Unique Accommodations: Unwind in one-of-a-kind stays that put you in the centre of peace.

Corporate & Social Events: Host unforgettable team off-sites, outings, meetings, weddings, R&R, and celebrations at our beautiful lakeside venue.
