Jeff McCready

Jeff McCready is the Head of Pre Contract at Area, a position held since 2016. With a diverse background in construction management, McCready has previously served as a Contracts Manager at BWI and as a Pre-Construction Director at Exclusive Residential. Their extensive career includes roles as a Bid Director at Wates Interiors and a Senior Planner at James Longley. McCready also imparted knowledge as a Lecturer at Croydon College and holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of London and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Studies from the University of Ulster.
