Rick Chung

Rick Chung is a results-driven executive currently serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at AREA15, the world's largest experiential F&B entertainment operator, where they focus on retail strategy, technology infrastructure, and corporate governance. Previously, Rick held similar roles at Bowlero Corporation, where they achieved significant EBITDA growth and led multiple successful exits, and at Epiq Systems and Medivo, where they developed legal frameworks for rapid revenue growth. Rick earned a BA in Economics with distinction from the University of Toronto and a JD magna cum laude from New York Law School.
