James Tubb is a Director & Learning Solutions Architect at Area9. James has over 8 years of experience in the field of sales and customer relations.
James started their career at QA Ltd in 2014 as a Public Sector Account Manager. James was quickly promoted to Senior Client Relationship Manager in 2018 and then to Client Relationship Director in 2021.
At QA Ltd, James was responsible for developing sales pipeline by creating new customer relationships, solid research into organisations and identifying new contacts/business opportunities, accurate sales forecasting & preparation and management of Request for Proposal (RFP), attending client meetings to provide a solution for full learning and development needs, creating campaigns to make QA stand out from competitors, and ensure no business is lost, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Some of James' notable achievements include being the Top 5 Account manager in 2013/14 and Club 110 in 2013/14.
In March of 2022, James joined Area9 as their Director & Learning Solutions Architect. In this role, they are responsible for leading the design and development of ground-breaking digital learning solutions that meet the needs of some of the world’s biggest companies.
James Tubb studied psychology at Brunel University and Portland Place School. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Psychology.
