Marc Berg is the current Chief Clinical Advisor at Area9. Prior to that, they were with Stanford Children's Health | Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford, Stanford University School of Medicine, Altus Care powered by Oberon Sciences AI, and the Arizona Medical Board. Berg has also been Division Director - Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and Regional Associate Medical Director (Western US) - AirMethods Corporation. Marc is also a member of the Emergency Cardiac Care (ECC), Pediatric Subcommittee for the American Heart Association.

Dr. Marc Berg received their MD from the University of Minnesota Medical School and then completed a post-graduate fellowship in Pediatrics Critical Care at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Marc pursued their Graduate Medical Education in Pediatrics at the University of Arizona, after which they joined the faculty at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they are currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine. Dr. Berg holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Minnesota and a certification from the CITI Program in Biomedical Responsible Conduct of Research.
