Doug Curry

Doug Curry has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Doug served as the Chief Executive Officer at Arealytics from May 2018 to the present. During their time there, they engineered a new open-API architecture and database schema for multinational expansion. Doug also launched the Sydney market and standardized US and Australian data standards using cost-efficient research methodologies and systems. Additionally, they created and delivered Australia's first comprehensive platform for CRE research and analysis.

Prior to Arealytics, Doug Curry was the CEO at Xceligent from September 1998 to October 2017. Doug successfully raised over $150M in capital from various investors and developed the Proactive Data Collection model. Under their leadership, Xceligent became one of two companies to track over 4M properties in the 58 largest US markets. Doug also designed a unique property-centric "data standard" for the CRE industry.

Doug Curry completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP193) in 2017 from Harvard University. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued the Leadership Development Program at the University of Cambridge, focusing on innovation, culture, and leadership for high-performing teams. Earlier in their education journey, from 1991 to 1995, Doug studied Organizational Communication at the University of Central Missouri, specializing in business and corporate communications.
