aReception uses advanced artificial intelligence, including natural language processing (NLP). This voice assistant with a human face can effectively and quickly recognize situations and perform appropriate actions or provide the requested information.

The AI assistant works by converting your voice to text when you speak to it and searches for an answer in pre-prepared scenarios. If it doesn’t find an answer there, it connects to OpenAI (artificial intelligence) and retrieves information from the internet. It then converts the text back to spoken words and provides you with an answer in a friendly voice. Simply put, aReception is like a smart friend who helps you find what you need.

As a digital assistant, it can replace its human colleagues at the reception desk, gatehouse, as well as a guide or switchboard operator.
